This study explores the model and mechanism of the regulatory emotional self-efficacy by carding and analyzing the literature and the empirical investigation.Based on the existing literature and the collected empirical data, this study draws up "the Initial Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Questionnaire" according to the psychometric methods. After that, we construct the empirical model of the regulatory emotional self-efficacy, and work out "the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Questionnaire" according to this model. Finally, we inspect the mechanism of the regulatory emotional self-efficacy on the investigation of 503 college students by "the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy Questionnaire".
