Emotional resilience is a major part of psychology resilience. It helps people dealing with kinds of stress events in daily life. In order to accomplish their socialization be a good citizen, undergraduates must be equipped with emotional resilience to confront with their academic pressure, relationship pressure and so on. It is apparent that the studies on the undergraduates in their emotional resilience will benefits emotional resilience theoretically and practically. On the basis of research about current campus life, psychological resilience and emotion both in domestic and international, this research established one questionnaire about undergraduates'emotional resilience by literature analysis, individual interviews, and analyzed the structure of these questionnaires by project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. Based on the whole condition of undergraduates'emotional resilience, we dig the correlation between emotional resilience and social stress and social support. The research obtained the following results:â… . The final scale of emotional questionnaire included 22 items that belong to 4 dimensions: sensitivity, impulsiveness, amplitude and recovery speed, and the questionnaire are highly in reliability and validity. The internal consistency reliability of the emotional questionnaire and its four sub- questionnaires as sensitivity, impulsiveness, amplitude and recovery speed was 0.723, 0.709, 0.695, 0.526, 0.524, orderly.â…¡. Undergraduates'emotional resilience was in a middle-upper level. Undergraduates of high level emotional resilience did better in sensitivity and impulsiveness, undergraduates of high level emotional resilience did opposite. III. There was a significant grade difference in the dimensions of the impulsiveness, amplitude and recovery speed level for undergraduates. The impulsiveness level of freshmen was higher than sophomores'. And freshmen were also highest in the score of amplitude, and their recovery speed was faster than sophomores'and seniors. Emotional resilience is significantly different between undergraduates from rural area and city, city undergraduates recover faster.â…£. There were significant positive correlation between impulsiveness and all other dimensions of stress(p<0.01), except stress of losing. Amplitude was positively correlated with learning stress and stress of otherwise significantly(p<0.05). There were significant negative correlations between recovery speed and punishment stress, stress of losing, stress of be healthy and stress of otherwise(p<0.01). Impulsiveness was a predict variable of relationship stress and learning stress. Recover speed, impulsiveness and sensitivity were predictors of stress of losing, the same were impulsiveness and recover speed to stress of be healthy and stress of otherwise.â…¤. Sensitivity and recover speed were positively correlated with usage of support significantly(p<0.01). There was significant negative correlation between amplitude and usage of suppor(tp<0.05). Usage of support could predict sensitivity, amplitude and recover speed.
