Curiosity is an important personality character of an individual. It indicates that when individual face newfangled and unknown objects, he shows inner motivation of strong aspiration to knowledge. However, many psychologist point out that, curiosity is human instinct, individual explore and cognize surrounding world constantly through curiosity instinct. Through academician's explore and research, below conclusions about curiosity have been obtained:curiosity is one of inner motivation of individual study; is power of individual questing knowledge; is an important character of creativity talent; And above-mentioned characters had become important field that many academicians researched. The academicians with different subjects research and discuss curiosity from different points of view. Thereinto, inspiration, maintenance and training of curiosity have been paid more attention by academicians, and mother, who is baby's main watcher and undertaker of early education, plays an important role on children's curiosity development. From angel of educational psychology and developmental psychology, recur to tool of questionnaire inquiry, this article discuss relationship between mother's behavior and children's curiosity, and take it as basis, provide with reasonable sugesstion for mother's education on children and basis of psychology and education for maintaining and improving children's curiosity.The result of this research indicates that:(1) high education mother's non-support behavior is more than support behavior; (2)career woman's support behavior on children's emotion is more than that of a full-time mother; (3) development of preschool children's curiosity has no sex difference; (4)preschool children's curiosity has level difference on age; (5)The children whose mother has less support behavior and more non-support behavior has stronger curiosity; (6)mother's company support do harm on children's curiosity development; (7) mother's non-support behavior has more influence on children's curiosity than that of support behavior. |
