Coping style plays an important part in humans'physical and mental health. It is a key stage for children to develop a good coping style in elementary school. To lead children face and adopt companions conflicts correctly is very important, and it also for adaptability to the society. Different person has different individual personality and social skill, so they use different coping style to handle companions'conflicts. Coping styles not only impact student's companion, but also impairs their physical and mental health.The finding indicates that most of the students use negative method to resolve the peer conflict. At the same time teachers and parents take no notice of children's conflicts, they just use a simple way to resolve it, instead of teaching the children positive strategy. They pay no attention to the appropriate psychological adjustment. If the conflicts can't be resolved correctly, many negative outcomes will be taken place, which will influence children's character and even cause mental disorders.In this paper, the author retrospected the researches about the resolve strategy of peer conflicts from abroad and at home, analysed the previous researches and attempted to intervene from one aspect social communication. This research design to training children to adopt an active resolution method for peer conflict, through this the student can have a good companion. It is of great significance for the children's personalities and mental health and social adaptation.Two classes from Grade 5 of QiLishan Primary School Ji Nan city were selected respectively, one of which was randomly taken as experimental group and the other one as control group. The test group accepted cognitive method training within one month.Control groups weren't accepted any training. There were five interventions conducted for the experimental group. After the experiment, compared with the control group, the experimental group's coping style is significantly lower than that before experiment.The results shows the intervention can be effectively improve the handing resolution policy of primary school students and promoted their physical and mental health.
