After reviewing the former studies correlated with this research, this essay based itself on the practice of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and applies the Theory of Second Language Acquisition and Contrastive Analysis between English and Chinese to study the Acquisition of Chinese Existential sentences, which at last found the common rules and applied it in practical teaching.Because of the similarity and difference of Existential sentences in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and in Chinese study, it frist makes clear the Existential sentences' defination,range and sort in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Secondly we make a contrast of Existential sentences between English and Chinese from the aspect of the meaning and structure,which at last gets the similarity and difference. Applying the Theory of Second Language Acquisition, we investigate the Acquisition of Chinese Existential sentences of foreign students from International College of FuJian Normal University. Finally Combinede with language data from the HSK corpus,we get the rules,the order and the focal point of Existential sentences. Meanwhile, through analyzing the error data and its'results,we put forward the teaching advices and ways to deal with the situation.
