Study On Rhyme Of Quansongwen About Sichuan Writers

In the whole development and evolution process of Chinese phonetic history, Song Dynasty, which links up with middle Chinese phonetics to modern mandarin, was an unavoidable research object,so the Song Dynasty phonetic study had very important significance.However, previous resarch had focused on the rhyme of the poetry,the research achievement of the verse had not been published.This paper on basis of the studies of the predecessors, makes study of rhyme of Sichuan writers in Quansongwen(全宋文)By thorough relating, induction and microanalysis, make more comprehension of the situations of standard speech and dialects phenomena of poetic rhyme of Sichuan by study on the characteristic of rhyme more deeply.This dissertation gives a thorough study to 1764 works, written by 144 writers from Sichuan during the Song Dynasty in Quansongwen. Including 143 Fu(賦),727 Ming(銘),335 Zan(贊),192 Jiwen(祭文),28 Zhen(箴),412 Song(颂),298 others, totally 6329 Yun Duan(韻段).Findings are reported as follows:1. The rhythmic style of Sichuan verses in Quansongwen and point out that they used the rhythmic system with 17 substystems. Compared with the rhythmic stystem with 18 subsystems in the Song Dynasty,the rhythmic system of Sichuan verses combined the 2 subsystems,i.e.the Zhen-wen(真文),and Gengqing(庚青) subsystem the new one is called category Zhen-qing(真青)2.There are more characteristics dialects reflected from Sichuan writers in Quansongwen.They showed mainly on the mutual rhyming of different categories. This paper will debate on it through 3 parts:Yin Sheng Yun (陰聲韻),Yang Sheng Yun (陽聲韻), Ru Sheng Yun(入聲韻)There are detailed discussion in the text.3,The dialectic characteristics mirrored from the rhyme of Sichuan writers in Quansongwen, Some of them are the characteristic of Sichuan and reflected the characteristics of Sichuan. Just like Zhen-wen(真文)and Geng-qing(庚青)category mutual rhyming are existing commonly in the poetry,Ci (詞),verses among Sichuan writers in Song Dynasty, but rarely see in the works of other writers which lived in other places. Some of them are the dialectic characteristics both of Sichuan and the South in the Song Dynasty. Just like Jie-Lai (皆来)category and Zhi-Wei(支微)category mutual rhyming. This phenomenon not only existe in Sichuan area but also common in south areas. Therefore, we considered that is the characteristic that Sichuan exist and it also show one of the characteristics of the South in Song Dynasty.4. By a comprehensive survey of the rhyme from Jiangxi writers in Quansongwen.We get more and further information about the pronunciation of Sichuan in the Song Dynasty,it also enriched the rhyme in Ci(詞)and poetry.For example,the phenomena that the rhming between Yin Rhyme and Ru Rhyme did not appear in the Ci rhyme, few examples appeared in the poetry rhyrrie but there were lots of examples existed in Quansongwen.This refered much richer evidence that the rhyming between Yin Sheng Yun and Ru Sheng Yun had been existed in Sichuan in the (?) Dynasty.
