| During the Anti-Japanese War time ,Jiangxi Province temporary provincial capital Taihe's municipal administration construction and the management were an important event in the Taihe urban development. The prewar Taihe's modernized municipal administration construction and the management were very backward and limited.Since the provincial government moved into Taihe, the Taihe became Jiangxi Province's temporary provincial capital, because the institution and the population increased suddenly, faced the difficulty at present for the solution. Under that time of Anti-Japanese War difficult environmental condition, temporary provincial capital carried on the municipal administration construction and the management in it's power to Taihe.This article study is under such background. It inspected the wartime Taihe city municipal administration by the urban history's angle of view to construct and to manage seven big aspects the contents, namely the urban road construction and the road traffic, the city gave the water enterprise, the urban postal service communication facility, the urban leisure, the entertainment facility construction, the house plan, the city welfare services.Through combs, the excavation and the analysis to these contents, summarized the wartime temporary provincial capital Taihe municipal administration construction and the management has made certain progress, has guaranteed the Anti-Japanese War time each institution's normal work and people's normal life, but the result is limited. Its prgress received the war influence, the temporary, the management mechanism not perfect, to lack the long-term plan, the construction and characteristics and so on; management sources of fund guarantee.Studies this period of histories, and when the ponder the China Today is specially the Jiangxi urbanization construction and the new rural reconstruction management, proposed that the urban development request has the long-term plan, perfect machine-made as well as realistic.
