Implicit learning is proposed by the American scholar Reber in his paper in 1967, implicit learning refers to the process in which the organism and the environment contact with each other, in this process the organism unconscious access to knowledge. Since Implicit learning has been proposed, many researchers have conducted related research on this, the theory has made great achievements, but most of the researchers were carried out in the laboratory.Indeed some scholars are now beginning to experiment in the study under natural conditions, but most of the researches on the implicit learning conducted in the arts knowledge on the application. Mean while implicit learning is applied to the teaching of science research is rare. In this study, through empirical research methods, the teaching method of implicit learning,the teaching method of explicit learning, the teaching method of implicit learning and explicit learning synergies are put into to the teaching process in science. This aim is that to provide individualized practical basis for teachers. Ultimately aim to improve student abilityBased on the characteristics of implicit learning, the difficulty of learning materials affect implicit learning,this study selected the complex learning materials and simple learning materials,teaching methods were investigated in two different condition that means the complex learning materials and simple learning materials. Meanwhile, study the effect on three teaching methods on the high group and low group of student achievement.The study's conclusions are as follows:1 for complex learning materials, class performance immediate effect: synergies class of implicit learning and explicit learning > classes implicit learning >classes explicit learning; class performance delay effect: classes of implicit learning > synergies class of implicit learning and explicit learning > classes of explicit learning.2 for simple learning materials, class performance Immediate effect and delay effect: Implicit and explicit learning synergies class> explicit learning class> implicit learning class.3 the affect on high mark group, the immediate effect on both of complex materials and simple materials: synergies class of implicit learning and explicit learning > classes implicit learning > classes explicit learning; delay effect on complex materials, classes of implicit learning > synergies class of implicit learning and explicit learning > classes of explicit learning; delay effect on simple materials, Implicit and explicit learning synergies class> explicit learning class> implicit learning class.4 the affect on low mark group, Immediate effect and delay effect on complex materials, synergies class of implicit learning and explicit learning > classes implicit learning >classes explicit learning; Immediate effect and delay effect on simple materials, Implicit and explicit learning synergies class> explicit learning class> implicit learning class.
