Abstract/Summary:
The data that the research institutes of settlement archaeology need to process are multifarious and disorderly. As one of the constant archaeological questions for discussion, the space-time issue is a more complex concept. It is greatly associated with the human culture mode,so it is very difficult to reorganize and process the complicated space-time data with the traditional archaeological methods of spatial analysis.Spatial data mining is a method that extract the concealed knowledge and spatial relations or the meaningful features and modes from the spatial database.Spatial analysis technology is the core area of geographic information science, which is the geography analysis method, is different from other methods of quantitative analysis extrapolating analytical framework and systems. Spatial analysis is the issue surrounding geographic "space" the essence of the establishment of modeling approach. Spatial patterns are images of geographical objects mapped into the analytical space, the datasets of spatial patterns are the record of the images, and visualization of spatial patterns'datasets is the visual representation of the images. The measurement of spatial patterns based on probability theory, including index, sample and function, etc.In this paper, on base of the National natural science foundation of China"Central Plains typical pattern of ancient cultural sites of remote sensing image", G function and nearest neighbor index measurement method were used in three of the Central Plains culture settlement periods for measurement of spatial pattern analysis to study the nature of their concentration, and to strike the center of various cultures settlement. In addition, analyzed the three periods of cultural evolution briefly from the size of settlement and the center of settlements in three areas. At last, given a respectively analysis of the technical the paper shows, and made a personal improvements recommendations in technology.Main tasks are as follows:1. Described the basic theory about spatial clustering, spatial analysis, and spatial patterns, analyzed the spatial patterns of the basic processes, and a specific spatial point pattern methods conducted in-depth studies for the conduct of the Central Plains culture of the prehistoric three consecutive period of settlement, and laid the technical foundation for space-time analysis.2. By the spatial database, set up the Central Plains culture and the period of three consecutive settlements for spatial data mining and spatial point pattern measure, and on this basis compared and analyzed the Central Plains region of the spatial distribution pattern of prehistoric settlements, and analyzed the reasons for the evolution of space-time simply.3. Given a respectively analysis of the technical the paper shows, and made a personal improvements recommendations in technology.
