Objective This study aimed to investigate the disease characteristics of severe mental illness in Dunhua, different types of psychoses related factors and trobulemaking relevant factors. to provide information about the timely and effective implementation of the severe mental illness care and in order to reduce the occurrence of the troublemaking .Methods All the cases obey to ICD-10 diagnostic criteria , use SPSS16.0 to anysis the data . the anysis information include sex, age, occupation, education level, marital status,ethnicity, economic status, type of disease, troublemaking occurred, the incidence of the season, begins in the form, family history, course of disease, drug case , the disease situation and other related factors were analyzed.Results The number of severe mental illness patient is 1487. Occupational structure: unemployed take the most part of the cases , accounting for 79.8% of the total cases. Cultural composition: most of the cases are lower school education,primary school education accounted 31.7% of the total cases. Disease type composition: schizophrenia 1261, accounting for 84.8% of the total cases. Age composition: 20 to 30 age group have more cases than others ,accounting for 36.8% of the total cases. Seasonal incidence of composition: January number of the largest share of morbidity. Disease distribution: continuous duration <1 year accounted for 23.3%; continuous course≥1 year accounted for 76.7%. Weight of various types of mental illness in schizophrenia, bipolar disorder in the age structure, gender, educational level composition, family history, statistically significant differences in positive rates, bipolar disorder in the average age of onset, the proportion of women, education level, family history positive rate than schizophrenia. Factors associated with the incident in troublemaking relations, the junior middle school education was higher than those troublemaking illiteracy (χ2=10.64,P<0.001); The occurrence of the troublemaking divorced than married (χ2=9.56,P=0.002); schizophrenia accident troublemaking bipolar disorder was higher than (χ2=22.47, P<0.001); subacute onset troublemaking higher than that in chronic onset (χ2=12.26, P<0.001); continuous duration≥1 year were higher than the accident occurred troublemaking continuous course<1 year (χ2=54.79,P<0.001); intermittent / no medication troulemaking accident was higher than continuous medication (χ2=54.75, P<0.001); economic situation good / fair by troublemaking was lower than the poor (χ2=7.57, P= 0.006); economic situation worse, accident Troublemaking was lower than the poor (χ2=6.73, P=0.009).Conclusion 1487 cases of psychoses Dunhua average age was 45 years old, unemployed, low educational level, Han nationality, married, economically disadvantaged, the poor majority take most part of the cases .eaven average age of onset of psychosis was 26 years old, 20 to 30 age group up to the age group of patients; various types of psychoses the largest share of schizophrenia; condition is more stable; January was the peak weight of mental illness period. Bipolar disorder, the average age of onset, education level, the proportion of female patients and higher than positive family history of schizophrenia; bipolar disorder than the proportion of employed persons with schizophrenia. Junior middle school education than illiterate, divorced than married, schizophrenia than bipolar disorder, slow onset of subacute onset and continuous course of disease duration≥1 year compared with<1 year, taking intermittent/continuous medication than not served the poor economic situation than the good/fair and poor were the high incidence of troublemaking. Logistic analysis showed that continuous long course, divorce, chronic onset, intermittent/no medication, schizophrenia, high level of poverty and culture are more likely to troublemaking.Through this retrospective analysis of the types of mental illness disease characteristics, different types of psychoses related factors and factors related troublemaking, timely and effective implementation of the weight for the relevant departments of mental illness care and interventions to reduce the troublemaking provide the basis occurs.
