Analysis On Healthy Condition And Influence Factors Of Employees In Certain Refinery

Target:Through analyzing the physical examination result of employees in certain refinery who have contact with occupational harmful factors,this paper understands the health condition of employees in the refinery, investigates the occupational hazard of harmful factors and provides scientific evidence for preventing and controlling the influence of main occupational hazard on operators,reducing the occurrence of occupational diseases,completing health examination of employees in the refinery and implementing the work of preventing and controlling occupational diseases.Object and Method:The investigation object is the employees in certain refinery who have received regular health examination in Jilin Province Occupational.Diseases Prevention Hospital in 2010,and the total number of the employees is 656.After examining the items of blood routine,urine routine,liver function,blood sugar,blood fat, abdominal color ultrasonic,blood pressure, heart rate,etc.,the influence of different sex,different working ages and contact with occupational harmful factors on all examination items is analyzed.Result:The abnormal rate of red blood cell, white blood cell, blood fat,abdominal color ultrasonic and blood pressure has the trend of increasing with the increase of working age.Between different sex,the abnormal rate of red blood cell,liver function, blood fat, blood sugar,abdominal color ultrasonic and blood pressure of male is obviously higher than female, and the abnormal rate of urine routine of female is higher than male; the abnormal rate of heart rate of the group which has contact with petroleum ether is obviously higher than the group which has no contact; the red blood cell, white blood cell, liver function and heart rate of the group which has contact with hydrogen sulfide are obviously higher than the group which has no contact; the abnormal rates of white blood cell and liver function of the group which has contact with SO2,NO2,NH3 are obviously higher than the group which has no contact; the abnormal rates of red blood cell and white blood cell of the group which has contact with carbon monoxide is obviously higher than the group which has no contact; the abnormal rate of white blood cell of the group which has contract with diesel is obviously higher than the group which has no contact; the abnormal rates of liver function,blood fat, abdominal color ultrasonic and blood pressure of the group which has contract with gasoline are obviously higher than the group which has no contact; the abnormal rates of red blood cell and white blood cell of the group which has contact with aldehydes are obviously higher than the group which has no contact; the abnormal rate of blood sugar of the group which has contact with liquefied gas is obviously higher than the group which has no contact; the abnormal rates of blood pressure and heart rate of the group which has contact with noise is obviously higher than the group which has no contact; the abnormal state of abdominal color ultrasonic is mainly the change of fatty liver.Conclusion:1. There are more harmful factors in the operation environment of refinery, and some employees can have contact with several harmful factors in one working post, so the poisonous substances can have a combined influence on organism.2. Refinery implements better measures to prevent and control the harmful factors of occupational diseases, however, its employees can still have contact with some harmful factors with certain strength. The influence of harmful factors on organism is the chronic effect caused by long time contact.3. Operators in refinery can have contact with many harmful chemical factors, which have certain influence on blood system, such as the reduction of white blood cell and red blood cell. After passing the detoxification process of internal liver, the chemical substances can influence liver, so liver function will show abnormal result.4. The operators who have contact with gasoline mainly have abnormal blood fat and obvious increase of change of fatty liver. This may have certain relationship with the influence of gasoline on lipid metabolism.
