Objective:Understand the condition of acknowledge on preoperative visit and postoperative transport by theatre nurses. Combining with present situations to find out its influencing factors, discover the weakness of nursing security in overall nursing, guide clinical nursing work and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.Method:1,Respondents: Selected 200 theatre nurses from three general hospitals, 160 theatre nurses came from two subordinate hospitals, the others belongs to municipal hospital, all of them were female.2,Survey methods: Investigator himself went to subordinate hospitals and municipal hospital and sent 200 questionnaires to theatre nurses. The questionnaires which sent into municipal hospital were received in one week, the others were received by posting after two weeks. The interviewees were notified the objectives and significance of these questionnaires before filled up them.3,Investigation contents: A large number of references in the reading based on the study designed questionnaire. Questionnaire includes three parts: the first part of the general situation: age, age care, and ultimately education, job title, work unit. The second part is the operating room nurse preoperative visit cognition: cognitive attitude preoperative visit, preoperative interview of cognitive functions, cognitive behavioral preoperative interview, the importance of preoperative interview of cognitive the preoperative visit the cognitive knowledge of training needs. The third part is the operating room nurses in recognition of the situation after transport: transport after security-related content of nursing knowledge, the cognitive effects of postoperative transit security, transit security after the cognitive factors. (Survey in details)Results:1,Sent 200 questionnaires at begin and 192 ones were reclaimed in the end, the recovery is 96 percent.2,There were significant correlation between theatre nurses'cognition of attitudes on pre-operation visit and nursing time, professional title and unit (p<0.05) , had no correlation to degree.( p>0.05).3,There were significant correlation between theatre nurses'cognition of responsibility on pre-operation visit and nursing time (p<0.05), had no correlation to degree, professional title and unit (p>0.05), most of them can realize preoperative visit was their duty.4,There were significant correlation between theatre nurses'cognition of behaviour on pre-operation visit and nursing time, professional title and unit (p<0.05). had no correlation to degree.( p>0.05).5,There were significant correlation between theatre nurses'cognition of importance on pre-operation visit and nursing time (p<0.05), had no correlation to degree, professional title , unit (p>0.05), most of them can realize that was very important on preoperative visit.6,There were significant correlation between theatre nurses'cultivate demand on pre-operation visit related knowledge with nursing time, professional title and unit (p<0.05), had no correlation to degree ( p>0.05).7,There was no significant difference between theatre nurses'cognition of whether can improve the success rate, enhance nurse responsibility, enhance department satisfaction, strengthen rescue effect with nursing time (P > 0.05) in postoperative safe transport, most nurses agreed its transport effect. As to whether can reduce medical disputes and improve their professional skills had correlation to nursing time (P < 0.05).8,There was no significant correlation between theatre nurses'cognition of whether can reduce the medical disputes, enhance nurse responsibility, enhance department satisfaction, with the degree (P > 0.05) in postoperative safe transport effect, most nurses agreed its transport effect. As to whether can improve the operation success rate, strengthen rescue effect and their professional skills had correlation to the degree (P < 0.05).9,The cognition of theatre nurses about related content of nursing safety in post-operation transport had significant correlation with nursing time, the degree and the unit(p<0.05).10,Some factors affected safety transport after operation, including specially-assigned person transport, shortage of manpower, standardization of transport flow path , nursing direction and cultivate of related knowledge had not correlation with nursing time (p>0.05), regular intervals analysis on potential safety hazard had correlation with nursing time (p<0.05).11,Some factors influenced post-operation transport, specially-assigned person transport and nursing direction have no correlation with the degree (p>0.05), specially-assigned person transport, shortage of manpower, standardization of transport flow path , nursing direction and cultivate of related knowledge have correlation with the degree(p<0.05).Conclusion:1,Most of the operating room nurse will recognize the need for preoperative interview and the importance of the duties of a operating room nurse, and are willing, with only a small number of people carried out the existence of errors preoperative interview.2,Most of the operating room nurses need to understand the care and safety-related content after transfer, only a small number of people ignore the safety of transport after work.3,Operating room nurses on preoperative interview of cognitive status, in nursing age, the low level of knowledge about the best nursing care age, no significant differences in educational attainment.4,Municipal units in the operating room nurse training needs of the knowledge units higher than the subordinates the needs of nurses in operating room.5,Most of the operating room nurses agree the effect of transit security after operation, in improving the professional skills, low-care nurses and secondary school nurses are of the highest level of understanding.6,In the postoperative safe transit factors, none of the transfer factors has the greatest impact , high-care nurses and secondary education nurses in the operating room is not strong in the sense of responsibility area has the highest level of understanding.
