| Objective:To discuss the importance and feasibility of using the theory and methodology of social marketing in enrollment of free-charge blood donator.; To explore the feasibility of using iteration-booking model in recruitment of local free-charge blood donator's; Provide a theoretical basis for the recruitment of free-charge blood donator., and put forward some suggestions for it. Method:This study enrolled 1500 free-charge blood donators as the subjects from year 2006 to 2007 in Xinjiang,China. and choose 500 subjects of it using completely randomization, and divided them in two group:the blank group and the control group. Contral the two group from year 2008 to 2009. We conducted the free-charge blood donators general state of self-questionair to analyze the factors being the free-charge blood donators; to analyze the factors refusing to be the free-charge blood donators;to evaluate the efforts of the appliment measures of social marketing on the enrollment of free-charge blood donator; Compare the main causes of refusing to be the free-charge blood donators,the rate of free-charge blood donation between the blank group and the control group. Results:The dominant occupation type of Free-charge blood donators is students,workers,free-workers; There is no difference between the male and the female; The dominant nation of Free-charge blood donators is han; The distubution of blood type of Free-charge blood donators is adapt for HARDY-WEBER balance rules.The civilian are not aware of the important of free-charge blood donation,the knowledge also. The related vestigations show that the dominant motivition of free-charge blood donation is disease prevention, repertory, examination, follow-population and donation.The dominant factor of being free-charge blood donator is age, occupation and civilization. Different recruiting methods put on thedonators who hold different purposes/different otivition/protential needs, it is an increase in the free-charge blood donators and the rate of free-charge blood donation. Conclusion:The applications the theory and the measures of social marketing are effective indeed. It is very importtant and necessisy to change the free-charge blood donator's recognitions and attitudes; Based on poteinal needs of free-charge blood donator, put the social marketing tactics into practice; Different recruiting methods for donators who hold different blood donating purposes or motivition is helpful to blood donating. |
