Analyse To Depressed Mood And Influencing Factor Among Middle-aged And Elderly People Of Xinjiang Uygurs Ethnicity

0bjective To study depressed mood and influencing factor among middle-aged and elderly residents of Xinjiang Uygur ethnicities,living in rural. Methods randomized cluster sampling approaches were adopted to collect data from four rural communities in Xinjiang and Hetian region.In November of 2008. In this paper 169 inhabitant were selected as case group. All the subjects were assessed by the Zung′s self-rating depr- ession scale(SDS).Also,blood pressure,height of a person,body weight,BMI were measured. Results 82 patients have symptom of depression.The prevalence of depression is 48.5%.While the hypertensive disease,diastolic pressure did by using Logistic regres- sion Analysis on margin of every variable at discharge(P <0 .05 ),And Age, gender , smoking history, drinking history, lose spouse,coronary heart disease, Chronic Illness, diabetes mellitus, culture level,BMI, contractive pressure, cholesterol, Triglyceride, Blood Glucose didn't yet( P>0.5) Conclusion The problems of depression in Hetian of the Uygur nationality settlement should be pay attention to and intervened. The hyperte- nsive disease,diastolic pressure is a main factor of influencing the depressed incidence.
