Study On The Ontology-based Tumor Diagnosis And HIFU Treatment Expert System Model

High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) originated in the 1950s, but it really get develop since 1990s. Chongqing Haifu (HIFU) Technology Co., LTD occupies an important position in the field of HIFU Treatment. Its JC Focused Ultrasound Tumor Therapeutic System has been exported to many countries(ie, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Russia, Malaysia, Japan and other countries). As a noninvasive treatment technology has been widely used to kidney and liver cancer treatment field.In order to help doctors diagnose and treat tumor, the Ontology-based Tumor Diagnosis and HIFU Treatment Expert System Model is studied with the semantic web and the ontology for sharing of knowledge. And the author established tumor diagnosis and HIFU treatment domain ontology.The major method and techniques of this article:(1) Established Ontology-based Tumor Diagnosis and HIFU Treatment Expert System Model; (2) Corpus was processed by the natural language processing of segmentation, tagging etc for tumor diagnosis and HIFU treatment.; (3) Established Ontology-based Tumor Diagnosis and HIFU Treatment with Protege and OWL language, and rules database; (4) Transform ontology and rule to JESS form.; (5) Reason for kidney cancer diagnosis and HIFU treatment selection...
