Clinical Study On Treating Refractory Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Of Qixuxueyu Symptom With Yiqihuoxue Decoction

Objective:To observe the curative effects and the poisonous side effects on Refractory Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic purpura by the Traditional Chinese Medical drugs of yiqihuoxue decoction,and to discuss the influence of this yiqihuoxue decoction to the RITP patients'blood platelet quantity and main syndrome.Method:Divide the 60 example RITP patients whose diagnoses are clear and whose syndrome are qixuxueyu in Traditional Chinese Medicine into two groups stochastically,each group of 30 people.The yiqihuoxue decoction group takes the self-made Traditional Chinese Medical drugs of yiqihuoxue decoction,each time 200ml,daily 2 times,continunouses for 8 weeks,after stops taking the medicine makes a follow-up visit observes for 6 months.The other group takes the western medicine VCR ,the dosage is 2mg/d,each week 1 time, continunouses for 4 weeks.After stops taking the VCR also makes a follow-up visit observes for 6 months.Then observe the patients'blood platelet quantity,the curative effects and the poisonous side effects in the two groups separately.Results:In the curative effect,there is not obvious difference between the yiqihuoxue decoction group and the VCR group(P>0.05), patients'blood platelet quantity has been increased separately after the treatment; patients'blood platelet quantity in the yiqihuoxue decoction group rises from 25.5±8.92 to 58.73±17.66, patients'blood platelet quantity in both the VCR group rises apparently from 25.67±7.09 to 29.77±19.26(P>0.05);as to the side effect,compares with the VCR treatment group,the yiqihuoxue decoction group has rare side effects,such as low myocelialgia, burbulence, enterospasm, ileus,peripheral neuropathy and flexura lienalis coli syndrome etc. But there still few patients have some discomfort such as nausea and enteral diarrhea.Conclusion:The Traditional Chinese Medical drugs of yiqihuoxue really has some effection in promoting the RITP patients'blood platelet quantity ,and it has rare poisonous side reaction high forward recurrence rate compared with the western medicine treatment group.
