Modern medicine is always bothering though it can help to release our ailments. Generally we have to take medicine for at least three times. Medicine can only take effect on pathological changes when it reaches a certain concentration since it has a metabolic process in our bodies. It is no good for us if the interval time after medicine taking is too long or short. If the interval time is too long, the medicine concentration in our bodies will fail to meet the requirement; if the interval time is too short, a certain side-effect might be caused due to accumulation of medicine, and therefore it is necessary, though hard, for us to satisfy the requirement of fixed medicine taking time. Effective concentration and less frequency for medicine taking are the common expectation for medical personnel and patients. Release medicine can help to realize such purpose. The release medicine features controllable release speed of medicine and steady medicine effect. It is very important for study & manufacture of pharmaceutical release dosage forms, especially for the study of medicine releasability in human bodies.The study on blood coagulation is a hot topic and technology with rapid development in recent years. Safety of a medicine is always taking the first position for evaluation of the potence and the effect on blood coagulation is one of the indices for potence. The high efficiency LC is the favorite method for measuring releasability of release medicine out of human bodies and body blood medicine level.This text, by taking Ibuprofen sustained release capsules as an example, introduces a new method for the study on releasability of release capsules and blood medicine level of human body based on the principle of liquor electrical resonance as well as the study on effect of medicine on blood coagulation. The out-of-body release process of the release medicine can be controlled continuously through adopting this method instead of high efficiency LC that can only be used for releasability measurement of a certain time; This method, taking less time with low cost comparing with blood coagulation meters in the market, is easier for measurement of blood medicine level as well as effect of medicine on blood coagulation.In this text, for the method of measuring release medicine releasability based on the principle of liquor electrical resonance as well as blood coagulation, the plasma indices and coagulation process are shown through the measurement of change of plasma electrical resonance; the electrical resonance frequency of plasma is measured by a liquor resonance measuring device, where the measuring system comprises of solution to be measured, interdigital transducer, oscillating circuit, frequency detector of SP312 etc., USB data transmission, PC data display and relative software. Through electrical resonance frequency monitoring of the out-of-body release process of the release Ibuprofen sustained release capsules as well as the medicine blood plasma, this method shows its great potential on studies on measurement of release medicine releasability and effect of medicine on blood coagulation. As for the releasability measurement of release medicine, this method is easier and more consecutive; As for the study on effect of the medicine on blood coagulation, this method realizes an easier and better way comparing with the optical turbidimetric method, double magnetic circuit bead method and piezoelectric quartz crystal method, providing an easier, more convenient and lower cost system for the blood coagulation measurement.
