Clincal Study Of Intraoperative Fluorouracil Sustained Release For Ⅲ Stage Gastric Carcinorma

Objective:To explore the feasibility ,safety ,side effect,complications and short term efficacy of intraoperative Fluorouracil Sustained Release forâ…¢stage gastric carcinomaMethods:Clinical materials ofâ…¢stage gastric cancer had been operative from December 2008 to November 2009 were collected and analyzed . They were 188cases:96 cases were used Fluorouracil Sustained Release intraoperative,92cases control group.They were accepted venous chemotherapy after four weeks and followed observationsResults : There were no obvious side-effects and complications after using Fluorouracil Sustained Release except for low fever ,abdominal pain and more abdominal draiges. 96 cases were used Fluorouracil Sustained Release intraoperative, 6 cases were recurrence and 3 cases were died . 92cases were unused Fluorouracil Sustained Release intraoperative, 15 cases were recurrence and 10 cases were died.Conclusion:Intraoperative Fluorouracil Sustained Release is safe and feasible.It is no influence postoperative patients, recovery and the application of systemic venous chemotherapy .It is significance of degrating the recurrence ofâ…¢stage gastric cancer and improving the postoperative survival rate.
