Observation Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the patients with hyperlipidemia who has taken Huanglian lipid-lowering mixture, and objectively evaluate its efficacy and safety of treatment, in order to explore a kind of traditional Chinese medicine mixture which is a safe, reliable and suitable for the treatment of hyperlipidemia, and explore its mechanism for hyperlipidemia in clinical therapy.Methods:60 cases were selected from the Department of Cardiology, the second ward inpatient and outpatient cases of the first hospital in Wuhan between July 2008 to January 2010. According to the diagnostic criteria of the patients with hyperlipidemia, randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. The treatment group was maked up of 32 patients,28 patients in control group. The two groups both request low-salt, low-fat diet, the treatment group was given Huanglian lipid-lowering mixture with symptomatic treatment, the control group was given fluvastatin capsules with symptomatic treatment. Course of two months.Record values before and after treatment in patients with serum triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL), C-reactive protein(CRP), atherosclerosis index (AI) values, electrocardiogram(ECG) and so on.At the same time, compare the blood lipid levels of the two groups before and after treatment.According to the appropriate diagnostic criteria, make observation. To observe the general physical examination before and after treatment items, such as body temperature(T), pulse (P), respiration(R),blood pressure(BP), blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, heart function, liver function, kidney function, electrolyte analysis, ECG and adverse reactions. Comparison of two clinical efficiency:Treatment group was 96.88%, in the control group was 96.43%, the two groups showed no significant clinical differences (P> 0.05).2. Two groups of patients with serum TG, TC, LDL, HDL, CRP, AI values of the comparison:After treatment than before treatment serum TC, LDL, CRP, AI value decreased serum HDL values increased, statistical analysis was significant difference (P<0.01), while no significant changes in serum TG values (P>0.05); The serum TG, TC, LDL, CRP, AI, HDL values before and after treatment group comparison:serum TC, LDL, CRP, AI value decreased, increased serum HDL values, statistical analysis, a significant difference (P<0.05), while no significant changes of serum TG values (P> 0.05); The control group and treatment group, serum TC, LDL, CRP, AI values between the two groups before and after treatment: serum TC, LDL, CRP, AI was no significant difference (P>0.05).3. Can significantly reduce serum TC, LDL, CRP, AI value, can increase serum HDL value, have no significant change on the TG, The exact effect of reliable, safe performance, non-toxic side effects.
