Hemostasis is the main component of clinical treatment,and reliable hemostasis is the essential protection of surgical patient'safety.The reduction of surgical hematocele is good to wound healing and infection complications reduction.The general bleeding of great vessels and soft tissue has reliable hemostatic methods,but the hemostatic treatment to parenchymatous organ is still facing challenges in the field of surgery.Kidney is the parenchymatous organ with rich blood and friability. The bleedings in kidney caused by trauma and operation often endanger patient's life,and the patients maybe bear the risk of nephrectomy.Although transfixion hemostasis can control some of great vessels bleeding,it is also easy to lead to tissue dissection and breakage and cause slit bleeding or pinpoint bleeding,besides,transfixion hemostasis is ineffective to extensive errhysis in organ surface and cause tissue eschemic which will affect renal function.So many hemostatic agents were discovered in the world,such as Tachocomd,Gelfix and Arista styptic powder,and their hemostatic effection were verificated primarily in surgery and animal experiment.But all the hemostatic agents at present are short of the function of active adsorption and compression .They need artificial aid-compression to accomplish hemstasis and there are hidden danger of secondary hemorrhage when aid-compression was removed.The adsorption of adsorption hemostasis application(AHA) is caused by physical way—vacuum.With the negative pressure principle,the AHA can actively adsorp to tissue through several small adsorption tube and stick tightly.The effection of adsorption tubes incarceration and hemostasis agents can keep long-time hemostatic condition and reduce the hidden danger of secondary hemorrhage notablely.Material and Methods:In order to manufacture AHA and observe its hemostatic effection in kidney,the contents and methods of this study ara as followings: 1,the manufacture of AHA frame structure:①when the diameter of AHA adsorption tube is 1mm,ideal negative pressure was chosen,and under different negative pressure,the chosen adsorption tubes were sticking to kidney tissue until they fell off.Then,we chose the suitable negative pressure through the observation of naked eye and histological section.②the manufacture of AHA furniture:porous hemostasis starch(PHS) and plant adhersive (PA).2,the detection of PHS and PA biocompatibility and PA viscidity:through the animal experiment,detecting the blood and biochemical indicator variation after PHS and PA implanted.measuring the adhesiveness between PA and kidney surface with a tension-transducer.3,observation the hemostasis effect in kidney with AHA: primarily judging the new hemostasis agent's effect through the observation of performance index and histology.Result:1,When the diameter of adsorption tube was 1mm and the negective pressure was 0.04-0.07MPa,AHA can firmly stick to tissure and the incarceration tissue has enough blood supply and with no necrosis.2,The furnitures PHS and PA used in AHA have good adsorption and biocompatibility.PA has good adhesiveness and can stick to bleeding wound area.3,The results of hemostasis on kidney with AHA show:AHA can stick to bleeding tissue and has good hemostatic effect on raw surface irregular bleeding.Furthermore, the group used PA as furniture has better hemostatic effect than the group used PHS and other single hemostatic agents.Conclusion:1,when the diameter of adsorption tube is 1mm and the negective pressure adjusts to 0.04-0.07MPa,AHA can stick firmly to kidney tissue and don't damage the kidney.2,PHS and PA have good biocompatibility through the process of manufacture and biocompatibility experiments.they generate good adsorption through two different styles to enlarge surface area and have good hemostatic effect on kidey.PA has good adhesiveness and can be used as sealant and adhesive. 3,AHA with gelatin sponge as main body generates hemostatic effect through continuing compress bleeding wound area without any ex-strength.When used PHS and PA as furniture,several hemostatic agents used together can educe better hemostatic function of AHA.
