[Objective] The purpose of this study was to compare the clinic results and radiographic changes in patients treated with micro-endoscopy discectomy(MED) with those of patients treated with fanestration discectomy(FD).For the treatment of lumbar disc herniation rational and effective method for clinical.[Methods] According to sex, age and disc herniation level,a total of 40 patients were randomly selected,20 were were performed with discectomy(experimental group) and 20 were performed with fanestration discectomy(control group). The clinical outcomes were evaluated by the JOA criteria. Statistical analysis was performed using independent sample t-test, paired sample t-test, chi-square test and analysis of variance (ANOVA).[Results] 1,The total choiceness rate:Two weeks after surgery were 85% and 75% respectively, P>0.05, with no significant difference; Three months after surgery were to 90% and 85% respectively, P>0.05, no significant difference; One year after surgery were 95% and 95% respectively, P>0.05, There were no significant difference.2,Compare the two groups of patient hospitalized during the case, the procedure surgery time,JOA score, P<0.05, showed no difference; In experimental group the blood loss, postoperative analgesic use,bed time, P>0.05, were significantly less than the conservative group.[Conclusion] Compare the two procedures for the treatment, they have the similar effect. They two all can achieve satisfactory results. Discectomy for lumbar disc herniation with less trauma and shorter treatment time, quick recovery. On the other hand due to the limited scope of the work of the channel and surgery, the lack of peripheral vision and stereo vision to determine its patients are demanding. MED is an ideal treatment method of lumbar disc herniation, is worthy of clinical application.
