The Treatment Of Particles That Nourishing Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Menopausalsyndrome

Objective:To observe Chinese individual symptoms, changes of sex hormone (E2, FSH, LH) and the therapeutical effect of Particles of Nourishing liver and kidney on Patients suffering from MenoPausalSyndrome(MPS) caused by Yin-deficiency of both the Liver and Kidney. Try to explore its potential mechanism.Menthod:60 patients with MPS caused by Yin-deficiency of both the Liver and Kidney were randomly divided into two groups:the traditional Chinese medicine group(30cases, treated with Particles of nourishing liver and kidney)and the western medicinegroup(30cases, treated with CLIMEN).The treatment Period was 12weeks.Before and after the treatment, improvement of theclinical symptoms, changes of FSH, LH, E2, The relationship between the disease and clinical efficacy and differences between two groups were observed.Result:The clinical effective rate is 93.33% in the Chinese medicine group, it is 86.67% in the western medicine group without significant difference(P>0.05). the clinical syndrome effective rate is 93.33% in the Chinese medicine group, it is 90.00% in the western medicine group with significant difference (P<0.05). However on irritability,hecticsweat,Hypochondriac pain, and tinnitus the traditional Chinese medicine group was more eefctive than the western medicine group with significant difference (P<0.05). After the treatment, the scores of Kupperman and TCM symptom is lowered without difference (P>0.05).The FSH and LH is lowered without significant difference(P>0.05), the E2 is raised with significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Particles ofNourishing liver and kidney has extremely precise therapeutical effect on Yin-deficiency of both the Liver and Kidneyof MPS, especially improve irritability,hecticsweat Hypochondriac pain and tinnitus.It can not only improve the level of E2, but can decrease the level of the FSH,LH. Inaddition, the side effects of thetherapy were low its safe and cheap.
