The Clinical Observation Of Yigong Xiaojie Prescription Combined With TE Chemical Therapy On The Breast Cancer

Objective:Application of Yigong Xiaojie Prescription combined with TE chemical therapy for the treatment of breast cancer,to observe the changes of tumor indicators,Karnofsky score,adverse effects in chemical therapy.Objective evaluating the efficacy in the treatment of breast cancer,supplying the clinical support for Chinese medicine treatment in breast cancer,in order to establish the foundation for the development of new anti-cancer in Chinese Medicine.Methods:Forty breast cancer patients after surgery were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The twenty patients in the treatgroup were treated with Yigong Xiaojie Prescription combined with TE chemical therapy,and the twenty patients in the control group were treated simply with TE chemical therapy.Clinical efficacy was analyzed by statistics methods through such aspects as serum tumor indicators,Chinese medicine syndrome effect,Karnofsky score as well as adverse effects of chemical therapy in the treatment group and control group.Results:The treatment group in the reduction of serum tumor indicators(CEA,CA153),improving the patient's clinical symptoms and improving quality of life are better than the control group(P<0.05).As regard to adverse effects of chemical therapy(the reducing of neutropenia,nausea and vomiting),there were more significant differences in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).While the other adverse effects,the treatgroup had no apparent advantage difference.Conclusion:Yigong Xiaojie Prescription combined with TE chemical therapy can reduce the level of serum tumor indicators.can improve symptoms and patient's quality of life,and can reduce the occurrence of adverse effects in chemical therapy,which is worthy to be applied in the treatment of breast cancer.
