Objective:The vitro anticancer activity of 5-Fluorouracil and AMP synthesized by combination principles was detected. Methods:MTT assay was used to observe the effect of human gastric cancer SGC-7901/ADR cells growth inhibition and time and dose dependence, and reckon out the inhibition rate and IC50(50 percence of inhibition concentration). Exam the SGC-7901/ADR cells'sensibilities to ADR in the presence of the new combinations in lowcytotoxicity concentration. Results:The combination inhibited the growth of SGC-7901/ADR cell and the inhibitory rate of SGC-7901/ADR gradually increased. Conclusion:The combination can inhibit the growth of SGC-7901 and SGC-7901/ADR cells, owning dose dependence effect.
