(2) The serum uPA and uPAR levels increased by the increase of surgical-pathological stage and the decrease of histological grade (P<0.01). More uPA and uPAR were ensured in the serum of patients with lymph and/or omentum metastasis than not (P<0.01). (3) The positive rate measured by the combination of serum uPA,uPAR and CA125 were higher than those measured by the detection of CA125 alone(P<0.05).Conclusions The increase of serum uPA and uPAR in the ovarian cancer has relation to the development and metastasis of it. The combined detection of serum uPA,uPAR and CA125 might have a more important clinical value to the clinical diagnosis of ovarian cancers. | Keywords/Search Tags: | urinary plasminogen activator, urinary plasminogen activator's receptor, Cancer Antigen 125, ovarian neoplasms, serum | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
