Influence Of Heshenluo Granule On Micro-inflammatory State Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To investigate the new way of treating tubulointerstitial fibrosis (RIF) by the collateral theory, Consequently to research the mechanism of tubulointerstitial fibrosis which is related to micro-inflammatory state, and the effect of Heshenluo Granule of protecting tubulointerstitial fibrosis.Methods:60 cases with CRF were divided randomly into the treatment group (30 cases treated by Heshenluo Granule) and the control group (30 cases treated by Uremic Clearance Granule) and treated for 6 months,2 months as a treatment course and continuous observation for 3 courses, The CRP,IL-6,TNF-αBUN,Scr,Ccr,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,ALB,24hPro,HGB were detected before treatment and the end of every treatment course.Results:Both Heshenluo Granule and Uremic Clearance Granule could treat the micro-inflammatory state and improve the kidney function,blood lipid,ALB,24hPro and HGB, but the level of serums IL-6,TNF-α,Scr,Ccr,HGB,TG in the treatment group are all improved largely than in the control group. Conclusion:The micro-inflammatory state is the primary pathological basis of RIF and the Heshenluo Granule could decrease the level of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α, improve the kidney function and delay the development of RIF.
