With the development of modern medicine, medicine for drug-loaded materials have become increasingly demanding. In order to better efficacy and reduced side effects, drug delivery methods to meet the higher requirements, selection of carrier material and drug controlled release form is very important. Mesoporous material MCM-41 with six-channel is ordered arrangement of uniform size, pore size can be 2 ~ 20nm within a range of adjustment, large surface area, non-toxic, etc. So it is an ideal drug carrier materials. Used in physiotherapy ultrasound frequency range, on the human body without injury, simple operation, is an ideal external conditions through effective control of drug release. Materials based on mesoporous MCM-41 research ultrasound triggered release system is an ideal vehicle for ultrasound trigger and ordered mesoporous materials MCM-41 advantage in one. This issue was used to prepare MCM-41, Fluorinated MCM-41, MCM-41 modified by three methyl chlorine by microwave method. Then 5-FU drugs were assembled . It was characterized by XRD, FT-IR, TG, low temperature N2 adsorption, TEM. and then examine to the drug release under the ultrasound conditions and the normal conditions drugs. The results are as follows: mesoporous material MCM-41, MCM-41 with fluoride chloropropyl modified MCM-41 were successfully prepared by microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. Obtained the best experimental conditions of chloropropyl modified MCM-41 by single factor method were: microwave power 120W, microwave time 50min, 3 - ethoxy trimethyl silane optimal amount 0.8mL ~ 1.6mL. The order of the rate of drug loading and drug loading is chloropropyl modified MCM-41> fluorinated MCM-41> MCM-41. Through contrast between normal conditions and simulated ultrasonic release of artificial gastric juice, start 2h, the normal release rate of 5-FU/MCM-41, 5FU/5- fluorouracil / fluorinated MCM-41, 5FU / chloropropyl modified MCM-41 were 18.00%, 18.09%, 20.02%, while the release under ultrasound rate were 39.29%, 37.77%, 48.28%. Ultrasonic conditions, The release rate of chloropropyl modified MCM-41, fluorinated MCM-41, MCM-41 is 80% to have only 6h, while more than 10h under normal conditions requires. Therefore, mesoporous materials based on ultrasound triggered release system is a superior drug delivery system targeting the conventional ideal.
