The thesis is to study the depth of the artifacts of B ultrasound on the monitoring of HIFU ablation, moreover propose a device and method improving monitor images of B ultrasound, and to eliminate the interference of artifacts, and to achieve real-time monitoring and evaluate timely the effect. The distance between the transducer and the target tissue in different locations was located and the distance between the artifact and the probe, as well as the target tissue and the probe was measured respectively to study the depth of the artifacts of B ultrasound; The probe of the B ultrasound close to the skin to monitor images before the start of treatments, and on the beginning of treatments, he probe of the B ultrasound rapidly decline to the safe location and start treatment. After treatments, the probe of B ultrasound also rapidly increase the starting position close the skin. Results showed that the distance between the artifact and the probe changed linearly with the distance changed between the target tissue and the probe;The auto lift of the probe could rule out artifacts interference effectively in monitoring of HIFU ablation therapy and achieve the real-time monitoring. This indicates that the paper proposes to the device and method improving monitor images of B ultrasound that could carry out the real-time monitoring on the artifacts of B ultrasound in the monitoring of HIFU ablation therapy.
