PART ONEEffects of Erbie Decoction on pretreatment in rat with liver fibrosisObjective:To study pretreatment Effects of Erbie Decoction on the rat of immune liver fibrosis were induced with pig serumMethod:The 48 rats(180-200g) equally divided male and female were randomly divided into six groups,including the normal group,the model group,the high,middle,low Erbie Decoction dose groups and the positive control group (compound Biejiaruangan-chip).The rat model of immune liver fibrosis was induced with pig serum. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum were detected with autoumatic biochemical analyzer.Hyaluronan (HA), laminin (LN),Ⅳcollagen (Ⅳ-C) and the typeⅢcollagen (PCⅢ) in serum were quantified by radiative-immune technology. Results:ALT, AST, HA, LN,Ⅳ-C and PCⅢin pretreatment groups were significantly lower than model group (P<0.05), especially high dose group of Erbie.Conclusion:pretreatment of Erbie Decoction on the rats of immune liver fibrosis were induced with pig serum is effective PART TWOEffects of Erbie Decoction on the hepatocyte apoptosis-related factors Fas/Fas-L in rat with liver fibrosisObjective:TO investigate effects of Erbie Decoction on the hepatocyte apoptosis-related factors Fas/Fas-L in rat with liver fibrosis, and to explore its anti-fibrosis of the mechanism.Method:The 48 rats(180～200g) equally divided male and female were randomly divided into six groups,including the normal group,the model group,the high,middle,low Erbie Decoction dose groups and the positive control group (compound Biejiaruangan-chip).The rat model of immune liver fibrosis was induced with pig serum.The expressions of TGF-β1 and Fas/Fas-L in liver of hepatic fibrosis in Rat were observed with immunohistochemical assayResults:In model group, TGF-β1,Fas/Fas-L are more excessive than normal group (P<0.05).However,in pretreatment groups, the expressions of TGF-β1 and Fas/Fas-L drop in different degree (P<0.05).Conclusion:The anti-fibrosis mechanism of Erbie Decoction may be to regulate the excessive expression of TGF-β1, to regulate the expression of Fas/Fas-L,and to restrain the hepatocyte apoptosis.
