| Objective: Integrative Medicine hospital treatment of diabetic foot (gangrene) of the treatment , and summary of the Integrative Medicine Clinical characteristics of diabetic foot and experience.Materials and Methods: 189 patients with diabetic foot gangrene were divided according to etiology of neurological ulcer, ischemic ulcers, and nerve - ischemic ulcer;according to Wagner classification divided into 1-5 grade; according to TCM Syndrome Differentiation into heat and blood stasis poison gas and Yin deficiency of resistance. The use of Integrative Medicine , with homemade topical creams, topical application of "eating CAN Law" debridement and dressing.Results: The total effective rate was 85.18 percent treatment, cure rate of 39.68%, amputation rate was 13.76%.Conclusion: The effect of diabetic foot gangrene of acral blood circulation disorders with the severity decreased. TCM treatment from the perspective of the development trend of lesions found by QI and YIN deficiency blood stasis, dampness of the order of increasing heat. According to Wagner grading prompted more serious level, the worse the effect, Help with the necrotic effect of gravity lower.
