Evaluation Of Qing Gan Jie Du Tang For The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective :To evaluate the effect of qing gan jie du tang in combination with Lamivudine for the treatment chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods:74 chronic hepatitis B patients which were treated with Lamivudine for one year were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 in the control group,and 34 in the treated group.the treated group was treated with Lamivudine in Combination with qing gan jie du tang for 6 months,the control group was treated with Lamivudine for 6 months.At the 3th,6th month during the treatment ,Observe the ALT normalization rates and YMDD mutation rate,HBV DNA.at 6th observe the HBsAg antigen.Results: 1At 3rd mouth. YMDD mutation rate in the treatment group were 8%.YMDD mutation rate in the control group were 25%. P>0.05; At 6th mouth. YMDD mutation rate in the treatment group were 14%.YMDD mutation rate in the control group were 37%. P<0.05;2 ALT normalization of the treatment group compare with control group .P>0.05;After treatment,compared to ALT normalization , P>0.05.3 HBsAg antigen of treatment group which before treatment compare with it after 6 mouths of treatment, P>0.05,HBsAg antigen of control group which before treatment compare with it after 6 mouths of treatment, P>0.05,after 6 mouths,two group compare with HBsAg antigen .P>0.05.4 At 3rd mouth . HBV DNA of the treatment group compare with control group. P>0.05.two group compare with treat before, P>0.05. at 6th months. HBV DNA of the treatment group compare with control group. P<0.05. treatment group compare treat before, P<0.05. Conclusion:Compared to lamivudine alone,qing gan jie du tang in combination with lamivudine is more effective and iduce less YMDD mutation rate in chronic hepatitis B patients.and also reduce HBV DNAcoppy reproduction.
