| Objective: Observe Emotional disorder likes anxiety-depression to hypertension patients in Kazakh nation, pay attention to its state of affairs, interrelated factors, and the blood pressure effect to the quality of life. Method: To make random surveys of 158 Kazakh inhabitants in Tuoli County of Tacheng Prefecture.Ask them to fill the questionnaires of SAS and SDS, besides hypertensives should fill the QLICD-HY Vl.0.Record and do some statistics analysis according to the informations on ages, sex, marital status, educational level, blood pressure.Result: Among the case report the patients'anxiety-depression are much higher than the contrust group(P<0.05), and the marks of questionnaires are higher than the contrust group and routine sample of inland, male testers'rate of anxiety is higher than the female, but rate of depression is lower than female.The case report, showed the level of blood pressure rises in proportion to the age the marks of SAS and SDS are higher among hypertensives(P<0.05), well-educated people, married persons or bereft of one's spouse, and hypertensives, and the testers who have high marks of SAS, SDS, has low mark in QLICD-HY(P<0.05).Review the analysis gradually, sex, age, marital, status educational level are connect with anxiety depression, and effect rital quality.Conclusion: In Tuoli village of Tacheng region, there are many hypertension patients suffer from anxiety-depression. Hypertensives in pain of anxiety-depression have lower quality of life the nomal blood pressure groups, which is related to many factors.
