In current society, the disease of brain blood vessels has become one of the three killers that endanger the health of human. It is occurring so frequently that it has caused the highest disability all over the world. The music therapeutics is not only developing at a rapid speed, but also accepted by everybody slowly. As we all know, the human brain is the most important and accurate organ in the human body, whose function is complicated but can reflect people's physiological situation partly. We proceed with blood stream of brain to see whether the music has influence on people's physiology.This paper worked out a grieved and cheerful music utilizing Cakewalk Sonar, a kind of computer music software. In the following experiments, we got enough pictures of brain blood streams under different condition. According to some references, we must extract the edge curve of the pictures firstly in order to compute the parameters of brain blood streams. And then these pictures of brain blood stream were intercepted and sent into MATLAB programs to realize the expected goals. On one hand, there were some vassal signals during the course of the experiments. On the other hand, there was a lot of noise because of the movement of the device. What is more, noise was brought when the max frequency curve was extracted and fitted. So what we should do was to denoise he max frequency curve. Blood signals of TCD were unstable signals, new noise would be brought if we denoised he max frequency curve with a traditional method basing on average error so that the results of experiments were not satisfying. In 1995, Donoho brought about a way of soft threshold denoising which was based on wavelet transform. Comparing with the traditional methods, for example, hard threshold denoising, this method mentioned above was more suitable for denoising the signals of TCD. Based on digital signals programming, the proper methods were chosen to denoise by analyzing different denoising methods of wavelet and wavelets packets. Finally, compared histograms of corresponding parameters were shown by EXCEL and correct conclusion was drawn.With the progress of medical science, more and more people realize the importance of therapeutic music, and music therapy has already been used for treating the brain blood vessel disease gradually now. So, it is necessary to make the corresponding healing solution by studying the musical impact on the brain blood stream and inspecting the musical curative effect on the brain blood vessel diseases.
