| Objective: To detect the expression of estrogen receptorαand aromatase P450 in colorectal glandular cancer tissue and the relationship with clinical.Methods: Expression of ERαand Arom was detected using immunohistochemistry SP method in 34 cases of colorectal glandular cancer,include male in 13 cases, female in 21 cases; rectal glandular cancer in 16 cases, colon glandular cancer in 18 cases;≥50-year-old in 22 cases, <50-year-old in 12 cases; well differentiated and middle differentiated in 25 cases, poorly differentiated and undifferentiated in 9 cases;â… -â…¡stage in 22 cases,â…¢-â…£stage in 12 cases.then used image analysis system for quantitative analysis, then statistical analysis.Results: ERαunexpresses in the normal colorectal mucosa tissues in these study object were negative.The rates of the positive expressions of ERα(73.5%)in colorectal glandular cancer tissue were higher than the normal colorectal mucosa tissues,P=0.00,statistics was significant.The ERαgrayscale value in male and female subject were 102.35±2.38 ,106.20±1.46,t=3.566, P<0.05; The value in rectal glandular cancer and colon glandular cancer subject were 104.22±2.70,104.45±2.28,t=0.772, P>0.05;The value in <50 years of age and≥50 years of age subject were 105.48±2.72, 103.09±3.14, t=6.448, P < 0.05;in well-middle differentiated and poorly-undifferentiated subject were 101.13±2.23, 106.22±1.77,t=7.543,P<0.05;inâ… -â…¡stage andâ…¢-â…£stage subject were 102.11±2.16,104.68±2.09,t=3.749,P<0.05.Statistics between the two sets was significant for all concerned. The aromatase expression in all tissues in these study object were negative.Conclusion:1,Over-expression of ERαmay be a phenomenon of colorectal glandular cancer. The value of ERαin these colorectal cancer lesions might be closely to the gender,age, pathological differentiation and TNM stage of colorectal patients except position.2,The expression of aromatase P450 in the normal colorectal mucosa tissues and colorectal glandular tissues were negative.
