Objective: To study the risk factors which influence prognosis in traumatic patients when coagulation, ,so as to further improve the understanding of traumatic coagulopathy, to analyze the impact on prognosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 21 severe trauma patients in our hospital from July 2008 to December 2009 were enrolled, to find the risk factors affecting the prognosis and coagulation by single factor Logistic regression. Results: there was no significant differences between survival group (61.9%) and death group (38.1%) in time from injury to Emergency Room, emergency blood (RBC, HGB, PLT), emergency coagulation analysis (PLT, PT, PTA, INR, FIB, APTT, TT), arterial blood gas PH emergency and first 24 hours, enter the amount of blood products. But ISS and BE were statistically significant. However, we found that there was no significant differences in PH and injured anatomic site about coagulation. Conclusion: It is important to strengthen monitoring BE and ISS which can improve the success rate of treatment.
