Objective:Study with en-bloc resection of tongue squamous cell carcinoma prognosis of long-term survival. In further analysis of the reasons influencing the prognosis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma, for the development of better surgical options, improve the patient's long-term efficacy and quality of life to provide information. Methods:Collected in May 2005- December 2009 in Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University of the primary tumor of tongue, floor of mouth, neck lymph node en-bloc resection of 240 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma, the complete collection; clinical data, by telephone and re way out regular follow-up,195 people were returning to collect patients prognosis. Through long-term survival life table method, while the impact of selection and prognostic factors of univariate and multivariate analysis, screening and prognosis factors.Results:1.1,2,3 year survival rates were 86%,69%,60%.2.The prognostic factors of squamous cell carcinoma of tongue are: T stage, N stage, Clinical stage, tumor invasive depth, stage of pathology, local regional recurrence, Cox model multivariate analysis showed N stage, tumor invasive depth, local regional recurrence have a close relationship with tongue cancer (P<0.05).3.32 cases of locoregional recurrence after surgery, the local regional recurrence time of the shortest 1month, up to 27 months, an average of 7.3 months,27 cases patients recurrented within 1 year,1-2 years,2 cases two years later, in 3 cases,.Including 8 cases of local local regional recurrence, ipsilateral neck local regional recurrence in 10cases, 14 cases of contralateral neck metastasis.Conelusion:1.The survival rates of 1,2,3 years are 86%,69%,60%.2.The prognostic factors of squamous cell carcinoma of tongue are:T stage, N stage, Clinical stage, tumor invasive depth, stage of pathology, local regional recurrence. N stage, Tumor invasive depth, local regional recurrence have a close relationship with tongue squamous cell carcinoma, independently affect long-term outcome after tongue squamous cell carcinoma.3. Tongue squamous cell carcinoma at high risk of local regional recurrence after 1 year, should closely follow.
