Objective:To investigate the protective effects on hepatic ischemic preconditioning and the expression of TNF-a,IL-6,PCNA,CyclinDlin rats after partly hepatectomy and liver autoplastic transplantation.Methods:72 Wistar rats were randomly divided into group ischemia /reperfusion(IR), group ischemic preconditioning(IP)and group partial hepatectomy(PH). Specimen was harvested at 2,4,6,24,48and 72 hour respectively in three group.Iiver tissues were stained with liver tissues hematoxylinand eosin(HE)for histologic study and PCNA,CyclinD 1 were detected by immunohistochemistry, with TNF-a,IL-6,using ELISA to study its expression changes in three group.Results:1. IPC ameliorated hepatic injury significantly reflected by liver histology compared with IR.2.TNF-a,IL-6 in IPC have statistically difference compared with IR in liver autoplastic transplantation.3.The expression of PCNA in IP group was significantly higher at 6~72 hours after reperfusion (P<0.05).4.Compared with IR group the expression of CyclinDl in PH was significantly higher at cach time in the experiment. Conclusion:1. Ischemic preconditioning ameliorates the hepatic injury associated with ischemia-reperfusion and the expression of PCNA.2.Ischemic preconditioning could attenuate Ischemia/reperfusion injury of the rat liver and promote liver regeneration, this may be associated with repression TNF-a and improving IL-6,CyclinD 1.
