Objiective(1) To evaluate the period of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and the predilection site after stroke by using ultrasonography., to analyzed the feature of the deep venous thrombosis after the stroke.(2) To investigate the feasibility and the Application value of intravenous contrast sonography in the detection rate of lower extremity DVT.Methods(1) In this study,156 cases were collected,87 man and 69 women, mean age,62.5 years. Each case was done all kinds of examinations after stroke within 72 hours, ultrasonography erery 3 days or 5 days according to the complications, and analyzed the features of DVT and registered the period and site of DVT.(2) 30 cases after stroke with more complications were investigated(16men and 14 women, the median age was 61.5 years), and to separate two groups randomly, all cases underwent ultrasonography and USCA respectively, comparing the difference of the detection rate.All these cases had no difference in age and sexuality.Results(1) The morbidity of DVT was 17.9%(28/156), in early 2 days after the stroke it could be happened. The crest-time was 4-14 days after stroke; and most of them were happened in cnemis veins of disorder side, and the sequence of it was calf veins, fibular veins, tibial veins.(2) The detection rate using ultrasound of DVT was 46.7%, ultrasound with USCA was 86.7%, comparing with the former, it was increased apparently, the difference had significantly, P<0.05.(3) The representation Cnemis DVT:After injecting the Sonovue,thebubbles were displayed hyperechogenicity and fulled of veins if there were no DVT, on the contrary,if it was exit the thrombosis,the bubble can not full of veins,there were wide or narrow hypoechoichypoecho strip between the bubble and the wall of veins.Conclusion(1) The morbidity of DVT after stroke was prone to occure in cnemis with the disoder side. The crest-time was 4-14 days after stroke, and prone to happen in calf veins, and then in the fibular veins and tibial veins.(2) The detection ratio of DVT with lower legs was obviously increased by injecting USCA in the dorsal veins. It can be as a supplement to the utrasonography, furthermore, and can retrieve the prior mistake.
