| Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of two insulin therapeutic regimen on newly diagnosis type2 diabetes patient. Methods:80 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were divided into two groups. Group A consisted of 44 cases were treated with Insulin aspart 30, group B consisted of 36 cases were treated with Insulin aspart and compound insulin glargin for 3 months respectively. HbA1c,FA,F-CP,incidence rate of hypoglycemia,dosage of insulin daily,chang of body weight were measured in 2 groups was calculated before and after treatment. Results:The HbAlc was lower(P<0.05),FA level was lower and F-CP was higher (P<0.01)in groups A after treatment. But body weight was increase(P<0.05). The HbA1c was lower and F-CP was higher (P<0.01)in groups B after treatment. The FA was lower after treatment(P<0.05). Body weight was increase(P<0.05).But,In group A body weight was significantly higher than group B after treatment. The F-CP level were obvious elevate after insulin intensification therapy in two groups. The HbA1c,FA,F-CP and body weight were no significant differences between group A and group B after three months treatment (P>0.05). In group A, dosage of insulin daily were obvious more than group B after three months treatment(P<0.01). In group B,the incidence rate of hypoglycemia were obvious less than group A(P<0.01).The amplitude of the chang obout HbAlc and F-CP were no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05). In group A the amplitude of the body weight was higher than group B(P<0.01). Conclusion:The HbAlc of T2DM patient were obvious decrease after early intensification therapy, Beta-cell function of islet were obvious improve. In group A, dosage of insulin daily,he amplitude of the body weight and incidence rate of hypoglycemia were obvious more than group B after three months treatment.Early intensification therapy with insulin refer to all preliminary diagnosis type2 diabetes patient.
