Objective:To study the expression level of PUMA, mutant type P53 (mtP53) and Bcl-2 in primary adenocarcinoma of gallbladder and the clinic pathological parameters. To analyze the correlation between PUMA, mtP53 and Bcl-2 of the expression in primary adenocarcinoma of gallbladder.Methods:The expression of PUMA, mtP53 and Bcl-2 protein were examined by immunohistochemical method in tissue samples from 40 cases of primary adenocarcinoma of gallbladder and 25 cases of benign gallbladder. Analysis of the interaction between clinic pathological parameters and the inner relation of PUMA, mtP53 and Bcl-2 in primary adenocarcinoma of gallbladderResults:1. The positiverate of PUMA expression was significantly lower in primary adenocarcinoma of gallbladder tissue samples than in benign gallbladder tissue samples(37.5%vs68%;P<0.05);The PUMA expression was correlated with lymph node (P<0.05), but not with any other clinical or pathological parameters.2. The positive expression rate of mtP53 protein was 52.5% in primary adenocarcinoma of gallbladder group,but it was not detectable in any of control group; The mtP63 expression was correlated with T classification (P<0.05), but not with any other clinical or pathological parameters.3. The positiverate of Bcl-2 expression was significantly higher in primary adenocarcinoma of gallbladder tissue samples than in benign gallbladder tissue samples (57.5%vs16%;P<0.05);The Bcl-2 expression was correlated with the histological differentiation of tumor (P<0.05), but not with any other clinical or pathological parameters. Conclusion:1.The mtP53 and the absent PUMA expression in primary adenocarcinoma of gallbladder tissue are related with the development of primary adenocarcinoma of gallbladder and lymph node metastasis.2.There was a negative correlation between the expression of PUMA,mt P53 and Bcl-2 inprimary adenocarcinoma of gallbladder.
