Allergic purpura (Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura) is the systemic vasculitis which is distinguished by polyangitis involved in multiple organs.The etiology and pathogenesy of this disorder are remain unclarity.Recently,there are some research progression in this disorder finding lots of pathogens are correlated to it,and the mediators of inflammation are contributed in the process.Now the drug therapy is aimed at supportive treatment and rapid symptomatic relief,and this review is compiling the latest research progression of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura in etiology and clinical therapy.
