G(o|¨)6976[12-(2-cyanoethyl)-6,7,12,13-tetrahydro-13-methyl-5-oxo-5H-indolo(2,3-a)pyrrolo(3,4-c)-carbazole] was Synthesised by Kleinschroth J and others From the University of Freiburg in 1993. G?6976 is one of the most famous protein kinase C inhibitors. G?6976 has many pharmacological effects ,e.g:Anti-inflammatory,Anti-HIV-1, Protect nerve cells,and Against cardiovascular disease.[1]G(o|¨)6976 has many pharmacological effects,so many scholar were interested in G(o|¨)6976.form now on, it has no report about synthesis of G?6976.This paper have done this with the help of teacher Huang yan. The main research is about:1. Depth study of the original synthetic route in response to the impact of factors at each step to determine the optimum route.2.Aftert research and experimentation, in the original patent on the basis of the various process improvement, and explore the optimum reaction conditions, the yield than the original patent coverage has greatly improved.3.Reaction of each step was carefully studied.
