The Effect Of Yinchenhao Decoction On Expression Of CTGF And TGF-β₁ In The Kidney Tissues Of Rats Suffering From Chronic Renal Failure Which Caused By Deniae

Objective: To investigate the effect of the Yinchenhao decoction on kidney function, morphology and TGF-β1,CTGF of kidney tissue of rats suffering from chronic renal failure which caused by denine, and to illustrate the mechanism of Yinchenhao decoction on delaying chronic renal failure.Methods: The rat model of chronic renal failure induced by adenine. The rats were divided into 5 groups, namely control group, model group, Niaoduqing group, Yinchenhao decoction group, rhubarb group. After treatment, renal morphology, changes in renal function observed after treatment of renal pathological changes in renal interstitial fibrosis, detected by immunohistochemistry renal CTGF and TGF-β1 expression.Results: Yinchenhao decoction can decrease Scr, BUN; Yinchenhao decoction can significantly lower expression of CTGF and TGF-β1 in tubulointerstitial and have obvious difference with model group.But its effect was weaker than niaoduqing group. Yinchenhao decoction can improve the renal tubulointerstitial pathological lesions.Conclusion: Yinchenhao decoction can improve renal function of rats.It possibly lower expression of CTGF and TGF-β1 in tubulointerstitial so that it can reduce ECM sedimentation, improve its fibrosis in renal interstitial,and protect renal function.
