| Objective:provide reliable clinical and experimental data for bilateral anatomical type steel plates treatment for Schatzkerâ…¤,â…¥tibial plateau fractureMethods:the 32 cases which meet inclusion criteria of Schatzkerâ…¤,â…¥tibial plateau fracture ,are from patients hospitalized in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2008 to October 2009.The patients were treated with surgery using bilateral anatomical type steel plates.Guiding function exercise and preventing the occurrence of complications actively after the surgery.Recheck the functional activities of the knee and judge the healing of the fracture through X-ray in 1 month ,3 months, 6 months and 12 months.Apply HSS knee rating criteria to observe effect.Results:32 cases were followed up ,excellent in 18,good in 9, fair in 4, and poor in 1,84.4%excellent or good results were obtained.Conclusion:It can obtain good effect appling bilateral anatomical type steel plates to treat Schatzkerâ…¤,â…¥tibial plateau fracture.Finally it can restore the flatness of the articular surface,the line of force,the stability and activities of the joint and reduce the occurrence of degenerative arthritis. |
