There're totally 13 participants, the first patient was collected at June 27,2008 and the deadline was June 3,2010. There're totally 767 samples in the subject,384 from the western team and 767 from the TCM team. Some advocate the implementation of acupuncture should be as soon as possible, but the others think it would be dangerous. For the aboved reason, we decide to discuss and research the right time for acupuncture. The subject makes the comparative analysis with the daily dose chart for stroke's clinical evaluation, including NIHSS scale, BI scale, FMI scale, MRS scale, and TCM symptom subscale total.Sample the patients from TianJing Hospital to implement the analysis, there're totally 102 valid cases and the patients are divided into 4 groups by the beginning time of treatment. Group One:after onset≤12Hrs; Group Two:after onset bewteen12～72hrs; Group Three:after onset between 172hrs to one week; Group Four:after onset beyond one week; After a 21-day-treatment a conclusion can be reached:Group Two and Three get high scores and are choosed as the Best time, that is 12Hrs to one week after onset; Group one doesn't fit to treatment; Group four gets low scores and it's not the best time.
