Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis value of intracranial aneurysms by DSA, CTA, MRA and comparatively analyse the advantages and disadvantages of DSA, CTA, MRA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms ,to provide the best reasonable Inspection and treatment program for the clinical diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms .Methods To collect clinically suspected 94 cases patients of intracranial aneurysms from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of science and technology from January 2008 to December 2009, male 39, female 55 ,from 12 to 78 years old, mean age 51 years. The patients whose first clinical symptoms were headache, subarachnoid hemorrhage were 84 (84/94)case, whose first clinical symptoms were oculomotor nerve palsy were 7 cases(7/94), whose first clinical symptoms were head trauma was 1 case (1/94 ), whose first clinical symptoms were intraventricular hemorrhage was 1 case (1/94), whose first clinical symptoms were unilateral limb weakness was 1 case (1/94). 94 patients , clinically suspected intracranial aneurysm patients ,who were received DSA (digital subtraction Shimadzu 1250mA X-ray machine) to check were 61 cases, who were received CTA (GE U.S. production of 64-slice spiral CT) examination were 45 cases, who were received MRA (GE double the U.S. 1.5T MRI scanner gradient) to check were 42 cases, who were received DSA, CTA, MRA three checks were 15 cases , who were underwent surgical clipping silver clip craniotomy surgery were 69 cases , who were received endovascular embolization were 13 cases. That the correct detection rate, sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, the degree of clearly show spatial relationships of the aneurysm neck and parent artery were checked by DSA, CTA, MRA were respectively tested by chi-square test or Kappa consistency test, test standard is 0.05, P <0.05 considered significant difference. Kappa consistency in the evaluation, when 0.40
