| Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanisms of transcutanclus electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) changes in serum sex hormone and effect of pregnancy outcome of the patients with ovarian poor respond. Methods: 80 cases women diagnosed of ovarian poor respond or were randomly divided into two groups, 40cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the controlled group. Women in Observation group were offered TEAS for 3 month before controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH), compared with the controlled group .Oberved changes in serum sex hormone, number of antral follicle and thickness of endometrium was evaluated before and after intervention. The patients undergoing in-vitro-fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) adopt short protocol.Observed the doses and days of gonadotrophin(Gn), thickness of endometrium on the hCG injecting day.Compared, number of matured oocytes outcome, the rate of fertilization, high grade oocyte and embryo, cryopreservation of embryo,cycle canceling rate were analyzed. Results: 1. 3 cases in observation group got spontaneous pregnancy, with obvious decrease of basal FSH of the level after 3 month's intervention (P﹤0.05). Number of antral follicle has been increased significant significantly(P﹤0.05).2 .level of E2 and thickness of endometrium on the hCG injecting day has been significantly improved(P﹤0.05).3.Compared with the controlled group ,the number of retrieved oocytes and cryopreservation of embryo has been higher (P﹤0.05). 4. sum of women with pregnancy in observation group has been higher than controlled group. Conclusions: The TEAS could modulate the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis and be beneficial to pregnancy outcome of the patients with ovarian poor respond. This study offer the treatment for the epatients advanced age. |
