| Objective: To evaluate the clinical performance of icare rebond t onometer by (RBT) comparing the intraocular pressure (IOP) values measured by RBT, an d noncontact tonometer, (NCT). Methods: the January 2011 February in xinjiang medical university hospital affiliated first affiliated hospital of a total of 65 patients with 130 eye. Meanwhile ICARE rebound type intraocular pressure plan with NCT intraocular pressure tester and measuring intraocular pressure, the contrast analysis of two millions of intraocular pressure measurement result and both related situation; Observation ICARE program to special cases intraocular pressure measurement results.Results:ICARE NCT iop plan and measurement of intraocular pressure iop plan for 16. The mean respectively 15.45±8.54mmHg and 16.60±7.54 mmHg. No significant difference..two kinds of intraocular pressure plan significantly associated with measured values, correlation coefficient is 0.729; ICARE intraocular pressure plan can better finish corneal abnormalities and no solid depending on the ability of intraocular pressure measurement cases. The result: grouped 21 mmHg group of RT 10～16.25 NCT results for 16.25±2.95mmHg and 16.98±4.36mmHg;21 to 25mmHg group results for 23.34±4. 34mmHg and 24.28±5.70mmHg;> 25mmHg group results for 46.71±9.84mmHg and 50.66±10.44mmHg, three groups has the results for P> 0.05, no significant differences between measured value. Two kinds of intraocular pressure measurement values mean difference value is project of tiny, although more NCT measurements of high, but no significant statistically significant (table 2).. Conclusions: Conclusion: 65 cases ICARE rebound type 130 eye ophthalmic NCT iop plan and also completed the intraocular pressure measurement, the results showed that the two kinds of intraocular pressure plan a statistical analysis of the measured value without obvious difference. Both have good consistency. ICARE rebound type intraocular pressure in clinical application of project has its advantages, to glaucoma early diagnosis and differential screening has certain glaucoma, its accuracy and meaningful research further repeatability. |
