Result:(1) HE dyed law shows the exercise group as the extension of athletic time gradually appear appear chondrocytes hyperplasia. Layer cell populations, mast cells layer cell number significantly increased, matrix light dye, the surface cells did not change significantly. Recovery after 2 weeks specimens experimental results show that slice with movement HE dyeing 6 weeks after microscopic specimens contrast, layer cell and the performance of mast cells layer cell number decrease, The surface cells did not change significantly, but fails to regain control number of levels.(2) TUNEL method tests showed that the exercise group four weeks appear cell number increase, number of apoptotic cells, matrix inequality increased, the pale dye staining. Statistics result analysis (P<0.05) difference was statistically significant. Restore two weeks experiment testing results cell number and the apoptotic cells decreased, but still more than the control group level.(3) CASPASE - 3 active detection method showed that the exercise group four weeks appear cell number increase, number of apoptotic cells, matrix inequality increased, the pale dye staining. Statistics result analysis (P<0.05) difference was statistically significant. Restore two weeks experiment testing results cell number and the apoptotic cells decreased, but still more than the control group level. Conclusion:Overuse could induce histologic changes of rat knee cartilage;Overuse after four weeks could induce apoptosis of rat knee cartilage.
