Objective:to understand the xinjiang dimension, han two national older mild cognitive dysfunction (MCI) and thyroid function, the relationship between state for endocrine factors, especially for thyroid hormone leads to older mild cognitive dysfunction provide scientific basis for the pathogenesis. Methods:in July 2008 to 2010, according to the American psychiatric institute on October the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (DSM revised version 4-â…£) of mild cognitive impairment, clinical diagnosis standard of xinjiang region dimension, han two national p 60 residents 5398 cases total after the epidemiological MCI, and based on this application case-control study method, comparative analysis between ergometry MCI and dimension, han between different nationalities, the differences of thyroid function among the MCI diagnosis example, select the control group extract 314 on, exsanguinate 299 patients serum T3, T4 and TSH detection. Results:(1) MCI ergometry serum T3, T4 and determination of comparison, TSH level of serum T3 level MCI, serum TSH group was lower than control group, level MCI are statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). (2) male, female MCI ergometry serum T3, T4 and determination of comparison, TSH level of male and female group were lower than those of the control group T3MCI serum, serum TSH level than control group were MCI, are statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). (3) uygur MCI ergometry serological T3, T4 and determination of comparison, TSH level of serum T3 levels lower than that in control group, differences of MCI was statistically significant (P <0.05). Han MCI ergometry serological T3, T4 and determination of comparison, TSH level of serum T3MCI group, serum TSH level was lower than in control group, differences of MCI are statistically significant (P< 0.05). (4) MCI Uighur groups with han serological T3, T4 and determination of comparison, TSH level of serum T4 level uygur higher than the han nationality, a statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). (5) MCI between ergometry subclinical hypothyroidism rate quite, SCH rate higher than those in the control group, the differences of MCI was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Male ergometry MCI between subclinical hypothyroidism rate quite, SCH rate higher than those in the control group, the differences of MCI was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Uygur MCI between ergometry subclinical hypothyroidism rate quite, SCH rate higher than those in the control group, the differences of MCI was statistically significant (P< 0.05). (6) the unconditional Logistic regression analysis hypertension, sugar metabolic abnormalities, hyperlipidemia, the independent risk factors for MCI (OR value> 1), serum T3 (OR value for protection factor< 1). Conclusions:(1) in MCI crowd, serum T3 level is reduced, and serum TSH leels, the change of the crowd MCI without gender differences, a racial differences, and MCI patient serum T4 level in dimension, han ethnic differences, reaction between the serum T3, thyroid function in older TSH level mutant T4 and the occurrence of mild cognitive dysfunction, and plays a role in different ethnic groups function. Serum T3 leels can reduce older mild cognitive dysfunction occurs. (2) MCI crowd SCH rate is high, performance in men, uighurs, SCH may happen to MCI play a role.
